Although the shuttle service was convenient, I faced significant billing issues with being charged multiple times, which marred my experience. Additionally, a malfunctioning coffee machine was disappointing.

But honestly, the towels were thinner than my patience waiting for room service. I almost mistook them for dish rags. Not quite the spa experience I was hoping for!
